It very well can depend on location. I myself have gotten custom bleaching trays here in an average priced living area such as Missouri, and it costed about $200, it can cost up to $500 in more expensive cities/states to live. 4 syringes come in opalescence which was enough to bring my teeth to the whitest they can get which is said to be the white color in your eye.
