I purchased the system at CVS and tried to put the batteries in the light but the diagram that was supposed to be inside the battery compartment was missing and a blob of solder fell out when I removed the cover. I figured out what way to install the batteries thanks to my 22 years as a electro mechanical mechanic. The unit made a beeping sound but no lights so i drove back to CVS at $4.05 a gallon to exchange for another unit. I figured I would try the NEW LIGHT in the car and this one didnt even beep and no lights. As for the rest of the system, I didnt even get that far.
I went back in CVS for a third time and purchased an iWHITE system and just finished my first of five treatments. I hope to report back with good results as time will tell.

Product broke while using it for the first time the bulb went. It seemed like too much of a hassle to order a replacement bulb as the product is so cheaply made it will most likely continue to break.

I’m sending mine back in next week. I have pretty white teeth but this did not whiten them at all.
Cute idea for a teeth whitener, just wished it actually worked. =)

My husband followed the directions to the T on this product. He did not even see a smidge bit of difference. I am going to try to send it back, because I think it has a 60 day money back policy. VERY disappointing.

I brought the kit and the lights lit up the first time for 2 minutes, and never again. I changed batteries and all it does it beep but the lights won’t come back on.
