did you mold the trays to fit your teeth? you didnt mention it so im wondering if you did.
im on my 4th segment. my gums are tingling like crazy but not bad enough to stop. i see a difference and im very happy so far. i hope the tingling goes away after i brush my teeth though. i notice a gritty feeling all over my gums and lips when the trays were off..
