@xochellieox your teeth have been changing shape??? This is not the first time I’ve whitened my teeth. I think you could get a spectrum tab of paper from a dentist to note your starting color. The process IS gradual, but certain. You’re too close to it, don’t give up and don’t get it on your gums. I got the mouth guards at Walmart and customized them after submerging them in boiling water as per the directions on the package. They are a simple sports guard for football players.
Hello. I just wanted to know if the Plus White actaully works for you? I have been using it for a week and i havent seen any results, but i have noticed that my teeth have been changing shape because of the plus white gel. Its hard to explain but its kind of like its worn down but shiny. Can you let me know if that has happend or any info anyone can tell me. Also where did u find that mouth gurad because i have looked everywhere and i cant find a good one

Funny you should ask, I just did it again today. I just boost it for a couple of days and it’s good for a while, maybe another two months. I’m sure it varies depending on hygiene and diet and whether someone smokes, drinks coffee or tea, etc. Just try it , I t hink it will be different for everyone.
You’ve already taken the first step…..desire! Now you just take the next step, assessing. If whitening is the only thing you can improve, you’re lucky! I needed to have teeth pulled, wear corrective retainers for a couple years, and finally get them whitened. I knew it was worth it. I smile without being self-conscious anymore.

Try a local pharmacy. Around here, I went to Rite Aid, a drug store. I looked in Wal Mart, but couldn’t find it. That’s where I got the teeth guards.
